Terry Haines is storyteller and multi-media artist. He lives in Vancouver, Canada, and is a non-status Aboriginal of Chilcotin/French and Shuswap/Welsh ancestry.
For his afternoon performance, Terry is going to narrate Coyote Tales - stories for children, blending the ancient stories of his ancestors, with his own inimitable style.
Cinder and Tar are always playing pranks which prevent them from earning their wings to fly. Then they find a star who has lost her way and they help her find her way home.
Suitable for children aged 6 to 106.
Terry has produced a number of short films and installation pieces which have all been exhibited and screened throughout Canada, USA, the Czech Republic, Germany and Mexico.
The evening event will open at 7.45pm. Three film shorts will be shown on a loop from 8.00pm to 10.00pm so that folk can drop in whenever they want, have a drink from the bar, and chat to the film maker who will on hand to talk about his work.
Admission to the evening film event is free.
The films have no age certificate but suggested viewing is for over-12s
